Purpose-built wide board performance with the nimble, stable, and pow-ready Magnum Snowboard
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying
“I’ve ridden a lot of wide boards that feel sluggish edge-to-edge, but the Magnum doesn’t have that problem. The Cam-Out Camber keeps it lively and responsive, and the Power Pods make carving feel snappier than the board’s size would suggest. It’s genuinely built for bigger boot sizes without riding like a compromise — I had no issue moving it through variable snow and it stayed stable when I pushed the speed.”
Who It’s For
Intermediate to Advanced Riders with Larger Boot Sizes:
The Magnum is engineered for riders who need extra width to eliminate toe and heel drag, but don’t want to sacrifice performance to get it. It suits those who ride all-mountain terrain confidently, want a board that can handle both groomed runs and backcountry excursions, and ride at a pace where stability at speed actually matters.
What It’s For
All-Mountain and Backcountry Riding in a Wide Platform:
The Magnum is optimized for riders who spend time everywhere on the mountain — groomers, powder days, and off-piste terrain. The wide platform and directional shape make it especially capable in soft snow, while the camber profile keeps it locked in on hardpack.
Why We Like It
Responsive Construction with a Sustainable Build:
The Cam-Out Camber delivers the edge-to-edge response of a traditional camber board with smoother, more forgiving transitions at tip and tail — a meaningful difference on variable terrain. Power Pods layer a tighter sidecut radius in the center of the board over larger ones toward the tip and tail, making the board fast to engage on edge while staying easy to manage at lower angles. The Powerlite Core uses ultra-lightweight poplar wood for pop without added weight, and the Sintered EcoSpeed HD Base uses a recycled material compound to achieve strong wax absorption and on-snow speed. Like all Nitro boards, it’s built with FSC-certified wood, 50% recycled steel edges, ABS sidewalls from 35% recycled polymers, and solar-powered manufacturing.
